Measuring Readiness. Aligning Opportunity.

At the core of Certified Work Ready is the ACT WorkKeys assessment, developed in partnership with ACT, one of the most trusted and reputable testing organizations in the country. Through WorkKeys, individuals validate and verify their workplace skill levels and earn a National Career Readiness Certificate. These certificates serve as an objective signal to employers that a job seeker is prepared to perform at a specific level within a given job function.

National Career Readiness Certificates are awarded at four levels. Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Employers then complete ACT WorkKeys job profiles, which align their specific roles with the appropriate certificate level. This creates clarity for hiring, training, and advancement. The Work Ready dashboard allows workforce partners, economic developers, and training providers to see real time data and collaborate intentionally to adjust pipelines, align programs, and respond directly to employer needs.
