The Houston County Development Authority is a state-chartered, quasi-governmental entity whose focus is on enhancing the work environment of companies already located in Houston County, Georgia as well as recruiting new dynamic enterprises to the community.

The Houston County Development Authority exists for the public good and general welfare to develop and promote trade, commerce, industry and employment opportunities in Houston County.

As the designated industrial development agency for Houston County, we serve as the primary point of contact for economic development activities in Centerville, Perry and Warner Robins as well as the unincorporated areas of the county.
